  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 business days) – via USPS, UPS, or FedEx

  • Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days) – available at checkout for an additional cost

  • Local Pickup – available at 22-79 Steinway St, Astoria, NY by appointment only

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination, and shipping method.

  • Orders over $100 qualify for free standard shipping within the continental U.S.


4. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor its delivery status.


5. International Shipping

At this time, we only ship within the United States.


6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once the carrier marks them as delivered.

  • If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos so we can assist with a claim.


7. Incorrect Addresses

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
